This is a minimal protein structure viewer build with processing (www.processing.org). Of course, the world does not need another structure viewer, as there are so many: http://www.google.se/search?q=pdb+viewer This is rather an example and exercise to demonstrate the ease that processing offers to create specialised views on complex data.
In this example, we see the high-resolution crystal structure of human B2-adrenergic G protein-coupled receptor. One of the intracellular loops has been replaced by lysozyme. This is the second GPCR structure to be resolved ever and of significant interest to the scientific community. http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/318/5854/1266, Rosenbaum et al.
